Beyond preserving a quality of life that’s the envy of many other cities in north Texas, we must work to create and enhance sustainability of a strong city to support future generations

A great city makes infrastructure a top priority. To maintain that commitment, I voted in favor of putting additional dollars into our infrastructure line item for the 2023 Budget. This will keep Richardson road repairs on the right track.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a civil engineer, I bring a unique perspective in city infrastructure management to ensure our streets, sidewalks, water, sewer, and drainage systems are properly monitored, repaired, and replaced before they crumble.

As a homeowner, I understand how skyrocketing property values continue to push property taxes through the roof, threatening home affordability, especially for our senior community. On Council, I’ve worked to alleviate the burden by supporting two tax rate decreases, an expansion on the homestead exemption, advocating for our homeowners to state leaders and expanding the City's tax base.

I’m proud of our Richardson Fire and Police Departments' dedication to service. I’ve worked to support our first responders by ensuring our City provides routine, first-class training and competitive compensation.
On Council, I’ve supported measures to reduce property crime and ensure our neighborhoods are patrolled.

I passionately believe our City thrives best with a strong bond of trust between residents and City Hall. I’ll work with other Council Members and the Mayor to consistently look at ways to improve our City's code of ethics, which is needed to protect our taxpayers and residents.
I enjoy participating in the strong communication networks with our neighborhoods. I want every resident to always feel welcome to bring their concerns or needs forward because we can tackle any challenge through the connectedness of our community.

A critical piece of Richardson’s fabric is our diverse population. This fuels our economic engines with innovation, attracting students, career-seekers, and more. I am committed to using our diversity to make Richardson even stronger through community events, city fairs, supporting small businesses, and recreation activities.
